Yes. We have a free mobile teamfocus app available from Apple’s App Store or Google Play so you can quickly stay up-to-date with all of your teams tasks. The teamfocus app allows you to create, edit, and move tasks on the run.

See the Mobile App menu item to the left for more information.

teamfocus’s only requirement is a modern browser such as the latest version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Internet Explorer (version 9 and above). It will work on both Mac and PC, as well as all tablet computers.

As well as the many help videos we have on available from the bottom menu bar in teamfocus, we can also organize either a face to face or online training package for your company.

Yes, but not instantly. There is a period where your data is recoverable by you by requesting re-activation. Once this has expired, we will delete your data completely.

All communications to and from the back-end and the public web site are secured with industry standard SSL. Your data is stored in a secure hosting environment with RackSpace in the United States. If total control is what you are after, please contact us here and we can provide an enterprise version where you can host the website and all databases on your premises.

As teamfocus is based on Workflows, completing a task means once you have completed your piece of work, you just Move it to the next Step in the Workflow.

Sometimes you can’t Move a task straight to the Complete Step as your Workflow requires you to follow a predefined path.

To Export your tasks just go to the “Export” link in the top right corner of this window. You can Export just the Tasks you have loaded or ALL your Tasks. Tasks will be exported in .CSV format which you can open in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet application.

You can remove members from your Team by going to the Setting menu (the cog icon), selecting “My Team” then selecting the Team Member you would like to remove. Click “Display” to show their profile then click “Remove”.

If you need to print out a task to take with you, just select the tab you want, either Edit, Move or History and click the “Print” link in the top right corner of this window.

To add a new Step into your Workflow, go to the Move tab of this window and click the “Change this Workflow” link in the bottom right corner. This will take you into the Workflow Editor where you can make your changes.

The reason that your settings menu can look different between two team members is that the person who created the teamfocus account will be the Admin and will have a few more options.
If you would like these extra options, you can contact your teamfocus Admin to request a change to your Permission levels. To do this, the Admin will need to go to their Permissions page, under the settings menu, select the team member whose account they would like to alter, then change their permission levels to match that of the Admin account holder (their own). Doing this will also make that team member an Admin.
